3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

Keelstead offers several subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: 3 analyses per month
• Pro Plan: $29/month for 100 analyses per month
• Team Plan: $79/month for 500 analyses per month

4.2 Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused analyses.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use Keelstead solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To upload or analyze contracts that you do not have the right to access
• To attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models or algorithms
• To abuse, harass, or harm another person or entity
• To transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code

You agree not to upload contracts or documents containing:

• Illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
• Malicious code or security threats
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

The Keelstead service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Keelstead and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the contracts and documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely to provide our services to you.
